IsaHire is a recruitment intermediary based in Singapore. We introduce applicants across Singapore to employers offering home-based work. We are not the employer.
IsaHire is paid by employers for introductions. Applicants are never asked to pay at any stage, and nobody acting for IsaHire will ask you to buy anything or share banking details.
Every application is read by a person. An application is processed once you have shared your details and sent our HR team a WhatsApp message. Employers make the final hiring decision and confirm their own terms with you.
We describe openings without promises about earnings and we do not publish ratings or figures we cannot check. If you see an advert or page from IsaHire that looks misleading, tell us and we will correct it.
Personal data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to access or correct your data.
If someone contacts you claiming to be from IsaHire and asks for money, passwords or banking details, stop and email careers@isahire.com. Tell us the number or account that contacted you so we can act on it.
Before introducing anyone, IsaHire confirms that the employer is an active business and that the opening exists. Once introduced, you can and should ask the employer directly for its registered name and a written outline of the work, the rate and the payment schedule. A genuine employer will not ask you for money to start.
Messages from IsaHire HR only come from the WhatsApp number you messaged yourself or from an address ending in @isahire.com. We will never ask you to install an app, share a screen, send a code you received by SMS, or move money. If a message breaks any of these points, it is not from us.
We keep a record of each application and our conversations about it so we can answer questions later and look into complaints. How long we keep these records, and how to ask for them to be deleted, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Employers who list openings through IsaHire agree to describe the work honestly, to confirm pay and conditions in writing before anyone starts, and never to charge applicants. If an employer breaks these conditions, we stop introducing applicants to it.
IsaHire treats every applicant the same way regardless of race, religion, gender, age or background. We pass on applications based only on the opening the applicant chose and the details the employer needs to consider them fairly.
We review this statement whenever our process changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
